Returns & Exchanges for Cut Fabrics
Because our fabrics are cut directly from continuous master rolls to your requested length (e.g., 1.30m, 1.60m, 3.25m), cut fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
However, we provide a 100% Replacement or Refund Guarantee if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or torn fabric cut.
The fabric delivered does not match your ordered fabric or length.
There is a major weaving defect or manufacturing flaw.
How to File a Return Claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at vestariofabrics007@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
Provide your Order ID along with clear photos/videos showing the defect or incorrect item.
Upon inspection and approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or issue a replacement/refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before the fabric has been cut and dispatched.
Once a fabric length has been cut from the master roll, the order cannot be cancelled
